EM Academy

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms also exist in Swedish at emacademy.se/allmanna-villkor.

These terms apply between you as a customer and Pinkmanta Consulting Ltd, registration number HE 444980, registered office Spyrou Kyprianou 10, Office 22, Mesa Geitonia, 4001 Limassol, Cyprus, which runs EM Academy ("EM Academy", "we", "us").

By buying a service, starting a membership or signing up for our emails, you accept these terms. We may update them over time. The latest version is always at emacademy.app/terms, and where it is reasonable we tell you about significant changes in advance.

1. What we offer

EM Academy offers education and support for people who want to start and grow an ecommerce business. This includes:

  • Community membership (a monthly subscription) with access to our Discord community and member perks.
  • Courses and other digital learning material.
  • Mentorship and individual 1-on-1 sessions.
  • Tools and partner perks offered to members.

The exact content, scope and price of each service and package are shown clearly when you buy.

2. Your account and your order

To use our services you need to give correct details when you buy and register. You are responsible for keeping those details correct and your login details safe. A contract is formed when your order is complete and we have confirmed it, normally by email to the address you gave.

3. Prices and payment

The price of each service and package is shown before you complete your purchase. You pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe), and we never store your full card details.

Memberships renew automatically every month, and the fee is charged in advance until you cancel as described in section 4. We may change the price for future periods, and we tell you in advance before a price change applies to you.

Prices on our pages are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout under EU VAT rules, and the checkout shows the full amount before you pay. If you buy as a business and give a valid VAT number from another EU country at checkout, no VAT is charged (reverse charge) and you account for the VAT in your own country. If you buy from outside the EU, EU VAT is not added, but local taxes may apply where the law requires them.

4. Free trial, minimum term and cancelling

Some memberships start with a free trial. How long it lasts is shown before you join. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.

Paid memberships have a minimum term of three (3) months, counted from your first payment. If you cancel during the minimum term, your membership ends when the minimum term ends, and you keep access until then. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time, with no notice period. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your access until then. Fees already paid for periods that have started are not refunded.

You can cancel yourself at emacademy.app/manage, or by emailing [email protected].

Ongoing 1-on-1 coaching with Tony is not part of the membership; it is part of the mentorship. Founding members get one 20-minute call with Tony as a bonus: once per person, after the first payment, and only while the founding period is open. Other perks are described in the community and when you buy.

5. Digital content and your right to cancel

As a consumer, EU consumer law normally gives you the right to cancel a purchase made at a distance within 14 days.

For courses and other digital content you get access straight after you buy. By completing the purchase you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content starts immediately, and you confirm that you therefore lose your right to cancel. Once access has been given, there is no refund.

For memberships you get access to the community straight away, and in the same way you agree that the service starts immediately. Our free trials last at least 14 days, so during the trial you can cancel and pay nothing. After that, your membership follows the trial, minimum term and cancellation rules in section 4.

6. Community rules

Our community should be a safe and helpful place. You agree to treat others with respect and not to share, spread or resell content, recordings or material from the community or our courses to anyone outside it. We may warn, suspend or end the membership of anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service. A suspension for breaking the rules is not refunded.

7. Intellectual property

All learning material, recordings, templates and tools we provide belong to EM Academy (Pinkmanta Consulting Ltd) and are protected by copyright. You get a time-limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the material for your own use. It may not be copied, shared or made available to anyone who has not paid for it without our written permission.

If you share results, reviews or content with us, we may use them in our marketing with your consent.

8. No guarantees, and the limits of our liability

Our content is education and general information, not individual advice, and we do not guarantee any specific financial result. Your results depend on your own work and on things outside our control.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or losses that arise from using the service. This does not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer. We may change content, times and format, and cancel individual meetings or sessions because of illness or other reasons beyond our control.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or shortcomings caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our suppliers, power cuts, decisions by authorities, natural events or war.

10. Personal data and cookies

We handle your personal data and use cookies as described in our privacy policy. It explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with (including our bookkeeping partner Ecom Konsult, after your consent) and your rights under the GDPR. Pinkmanta Consulting Ltd is the data controller.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If a dispute comes up, we first try to solve it directly with you. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and you can always turn to the competent body there.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about our services or these terms, email us at [email protected].
